Overview of site

I need help changing setup and fixing a few bugs in  https://guyariv.com – It is a site for my Public-Speaking course with the theme  EDUMA (Learnpress+elementor+woocommerece), and very few other plugins. The site is Hebrew, an RTL language. the site is live and working, and customers are fairly happy. but i want to fix bugs and upgrade some features.

Important: i specifically do NOT want to install new plugins.  i worked hard to get the site to speed and to remove conflicts.  All the bugs i want to solve should be solved using existing plugins or left as is.

THE NEW PROJECT 

• WORDPRESS BUGS

  1. change side bar on regular post so it shows quality content (now just shows ‘public speaking course’ with no content with actual content)
  2. change archive page layout so the pictures are less tall, the headings larger, the snippets longer, and date and comments gone
  3. edit archive pages (e.g. store page) to add content above the archive content (for example: add a paragraph of text and a video)
  4. change menus so that these improved post-category archive pages get links from course-category and product-category pages (for SEO reasons)

• HOME PAGE DESIGN ISSUES

  1. make all home-page sections (sliders, carousels, etc.) ‘screen high’, so that in windows i can see an exactly one section on the screen (right now each one is a different height).
     especially, make all testimonials carousel items all equal height
  2. make event carousel show only coming events, show event date and time (now it shows posting date and time)

• USER PROFILE

  1. 1. The profile shows ordered items (events, courses, products) in all profile tabs even if they’re not relevant. e.g. shows booked events in the ‘downloads’ tab even though there’s no download there 
     2. instructor user’s profile should be visible to users interested in the instructors.  i want the link on the instructor name in the courses to lead to the instructor’s profile or bio or page.
     3. i want to see every user’s activity – which courses, products events they did
     4. in profile the products, courses and events purchased should look like a link (now they look likre regular text and you have to click on them to see they’re link) – blue text with underline.

• COURSES PAGES

  1. quiz doesn’t show ‘start quiz’ button
  2. clicking to begin course always takes several clicks on ‘continue’ to start

• EVENTS
  1. after booking an event i want the user transferred to a thank-you page with some action to improve commitment and engagement (would be happy for advice on designing one)

• PRODUCT PAGE 

  1. Add call-to-action button  to top of page (not just bottom)
  2. remove non-selling products from store, return store to mega-menu
  3. in products catalog page change heading in hebrew from the string:  ,מוצרים {‘products’} to the string: קורסים קבוצתיים עם קהל אמיתי (‘group courses with live audience’

• HEADER AND FOOTER
  1. in header – the megamenu of online courses (/workshops) is so left oriented it only shows 2 items and the 3rd is cut. make it centered
  2. make only featured courses/products visible
  3. product mega-menu- remove quick preview and replace with link to product page, replace ‘add to cart’ button link with link to page
