ANo one believed me that I had a crazy fear of crowds. People thought I was making plays because I was CEO and I spoke confidently, but inside it was difficult on other levels. For my 40th birthday I decided to buy myself the confidence to stand in front of an audience with confidence. When I achieved it at the end of the course, I set a new standard for myself - to be able to enjoy myself in front of any audience. Two years later I can say that I am already 90% there.
