Social anxiety is a problem with many faces - some are afraid to speak in front of an audience, others are afraid of authority figures, there are also those who are reluctant to eat in the company of strangers, while for some sufferers, a first date is actually the horror script. Common to all these problems, and many more, is anxiety about embarrassing yourself in front of other people.
Fortunately, social anxiety is one of the problems that psychology knows how to give a very effective answer to, and in our workshop we will present the most effective and proven techniques, while incorporating the use of the group as a source of support and mutual learning.
