Let every employee you employ (of course if you really value them) and who leaves you know that you would be happy to recommend them to employers. That way you can be sure that they will continue to keep your phone, that they will only say good things about you (so you don't risk the dirt getting to you), that they will tell employers about you, and that every now and then you will receive a phone call from one or another manager who wants to interview them. Just emphasize that you don't have the strength to talk to human resources departments and you're only willing to talk to the manager in charge (that way you won't be harassed for nothing, and you'll receive inquiries from more senior officials). - Send greeting cards for the holidays
