Since 2011, we have been conducting an annual course for the leadership program of the Herzog Academic College (located at the Har-Etzion Yeshiva)

This is the college's most prestigious program and one of the most prestigious in the religious Zionist sector, in which graduates of the Hesder course return after military service to complete an academic degree at a yeshiva and receive a series of trainings in the field of leadership.

The young people who are accepted into the program are the best of religious Zionism: very valuable, very smart, very enterprising - and want to influence Israeli society according to their values. It is important to emphasize that unlike many program meetings Herzog Academic College  Madd tries to connect its students to Israeli society - and this is exactly why the head of the program, Rabbi Amichai Gorodin, sought to integrate secular lecturers. in the program

And since 2011, the public speaking course is the opening training that the students meet in their first week of studies.

Educational leadership program

As part of the program, the students learn how to perform in front of an audience, how to convince and convey messages - and also how to be better rabbis, lecturers and teachers.

As part of the program, each participant has to present 4 personal and professional contents under different time constraints. They learn to speak in front of friends, in front of halls and in front of a camera. And most importantly: they learn how to build together a group that improves its own performance. So even after our training ends, they continue to improve throughout their curriculum - and later throughout their careers.

That's what it's called leadership.
