Bank Hapoalim: a business course for the bank's senior management
Dozens of the bank's most senior managers participated in 6 training sessions on the bank's campus - and a few more came to study with us
to Bank Hapoalim There is the 'Century Forum' which includes the 100 most senior managers of the bank. These are the people who in 5-10 years will become vice presidents or CEOs of subsidiaries, and the bank invests a lot of resources in their personal and professional advancement.
The public speaking course operated in two channels at the same time: group and individual. A concentrated group course at the bank's offices, and another dispersed course where managers who suffered from fear of crowds and did not want to be exposed to their colleagues joined the courses held at our offices in Ramat Gan.

Together with the bank's training department, we have defined a concentrated curriculum that will suit bankers and managers in related fields (technology, human resources, marketing, etc.) and will give them practical tools. The definition of needs we made said that at the end of each lesson the managers should go into their next meeting and sound better thanks to techniques they learned in the meeting!
The program included 6 group meetings held at the bank's main management offices on Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv. And in addition, we invited managers who wanted more practice and more accompaniment to join for the reinforcement meetings our.

Some of the managers at the bank suffered from fear of the crowd and did not want to reveal it. They feared that their colleagues - senior managers themselves - knew about their anxiety.
Our solution was to enroll them one by one in our regular courses of treatment In fear of the crowd. That way they could learn and practice in a group where no one knows them. The bankers in this group were the ones who suffered from a more acute fear of crowds or were in a more senior position and thus they received a discreet and effective solution.
