Litigation lecture at the Bar Association
Lecture on persuasion and performance in front of an audience at the bar association's litigators' conference
The Bar Association holds many conferences for the public of lawyers in order to improve their personal, legal and professional skills. Over the years we have participated in several such conferences:
- In 2009, a lecture on dealing with pressures at the Advocate's House in Jerusalem
- In 2016, a lecture on sales and fees
- And in 2021 at a conference of litigators on the subject of persuasion in front of an audience
Lawyers are not an easy crowd: on the one hand, they have very high demands and very precise needs, where a small difference in performance can mean a huge difference in money (or even someone's choices and life). On the other hand, they are very critical of the lecturers because many of them are sure that they already know everything and there is nothing to teach them...
