Lecture at the conference of Elbit Systems

Elbit Systems is a fast growing company. In the last 20 years, it has acquired companies in Israel and around the world, which it needs to merge into a cohesive organization capable of producing military systems in secrecy and under difficult time-pressure conditions. This requires a lot of social activities, and Elbit invests a lot in its employees.

Our lecture at the conference for the heads of the company's committees at the Dan-Caesaria hotel was part of a year-opening event. The goal was to enrich the heads of the committees with tools for personal growth and also for a better understanding of the workers under their care. In the lecture we talked about performance and first (and lasting) impression, we talked about anxiety and perfectionism, we talked about conveying messages and listening to messages.
