We provided training to the Insurance Research Institute At the Recanati Faculty of Management In preparation for the institute's launch conference. The training program included the preparation of four lecturers: two female researchers for respectable presentation speeches, and of the two professors in an interview with the AXA director that would be intriguing and highlight the institute as a leading research and economic body.
The training framework for the conference
We did the training in the framework of two half-days at the institute's offices in the new building of the faculty, which included:
- Construction The contents of the conference of the parts of the show for maximum impact for the guests, for the institute, and for the faculty members
- Practicing the contents and polishing them to the qualities of creating curiosity and interest on the one hand and academic depth on the other.
- Constructing the interview questions as general topics to discuss, as well as the skill of creating dialogue and interest in front of the guest lecturer, including identifying opportunities and building the dynamics.
- Practicing the interview with the help of the other participants as representing the guest, for the purpose of building different dynamics.
- Polishing the performance to create a professional and impressive impression in front of a large and respected audience.
- The training took place mostly in the English language
