Roni is a translator from Hebrew to English (and back) as such he should understand a lot of topics and this is an important feature in the world of debate. Roni never complains that this is a topic he doesn't understand and he always finds something to say because after years of being able to explain topics in all kinds of languages his challenge now is to do it in a limited preparation time and a limited speaking time and improve his presence and charisma.

In the debate club Roni stood out as someone who always wants to make the debate more competitive, more difficult and more challenging. We have to reassure him sometimes - after all we specialize in debating for people with a history of fear of crowds, and Ronnie sometimes forgets that he himself used to be - so Ronnie connects the club with debate competitions and activities at universities and colleges.
