Since 2016, Rabbi Shay has been one of our most charming and special staff members. He came to us because the severe anxiety of the crowd affected his ability to give Torah words (he jokes that he chose to be the rabbi of a secular settlement so that not many people would come to pray 🙂 and after the fear passed he fell in love with the ability to help people achieve his breakthrough. For years he ran the club Our debate and currently he is a study consultant and instructor in the course of sermons and Torah talks that we conduct every year in the month of Elul.
