Feedback is the main tool for overcoming audience fear and improving performance and persuasion. The reason for this is that without feedback it is impossible to know what you did well and what not, therefore it is impossible to know what to leave and what to change.

מחזור ינואר סיים ללמוד ועשה את מצגות הסיום שלו – ועכשיו הם לומדים להיות חונכים ולעזור למחזורים החדשים!. השבוע הם עוברים סדנת חונכים להדרכת דיבור מול קהל והם יתחילו להגיע ולעזור לתלמידים.
בהתחלה הם יחנכו בליווי של החונכים הותיקים, ואז בהדרגה הם יתחילו גם לחנוך בעצמם. כדאי להקשיב להם כי למרות שהם חדשים (ובעצם בגלל שהם חדשים) הידע שלהם הכי טרי והכי מעודכן.

מחזור פברואר לומד איך לנתח נאומים ולתת ביקורת בונה אחד לשני – וגם לעצמם!. משוב לנאום דורש צפיה וניתוח של נאומים ואז הסקת מסקנות והצגה אפקטיבית של ביקורת בונה. בתיגבור נלמד כל אחד מהם.
המשתתפים ישתמשו בכתני הקורס הדיגיטלי כדי לבנות מערך שיעור בנושא של ביקורת בונה ומשוב והצגה שלו לקבוצה. במקביל הם יקשיבו אחד לשני וינסו לממש את הטכניקות שהם לומדים: להבין מה חבריהם עושים נכון, איפה התקלות, ואיך אפשר לתקן כל תקלה.

First step: personal treatment and individual accompaniment

Second stage: group practice in front of a 'real' audience
After the students acquire self-confidence and basic skills in personal work with the tutors, it is time to level up. All students and mentors gather in a large group, where they get a unique opportunity to present their new skills to an audience. This is a kind of "midterm test" where the students can practice what they have learned in a supportive and encouraging environment.
During the group practice, the students receive rich feedback and a variety of additional educators, who have more experience. This feedback is an important tool for improvement and development, and provides students with a new perspective on their performance. In addition, the veteran mentors can share advanced tips and techniques with the students, and give them additional tools to face future challenges.
Final step: become a tutor yourself
This week's class prepares the students to join the set of mentors when they finish their course in two weeks.
Fresh graduates of each course receive an invitation to a mentor workshop where they learn how Teach and guide public speaking, after which they can join the mentoring system. As mentors, they will help the following cohorts learn to perform and overcome fear of the public. Along the way they will get many more great opportunities to practice performing in front of an audience and thus learn to improve their confidence and performance
