I want to talk about financing mental health with a loan for two reasons - for social justice and benefit to the state

social justice

A study from 2007 shows that 30% from intelligence, 70% from the state and 14% from donations. Academic success requires resources such as equipment and academia. We lack resources, and the state is already paying 70%.
Now, the student is the one who benefits from the equipment and the earning capacity producer is the one who has to bear the cost. Otherwise what happens is that the tax payers, who sometimes earn much less than he will earn, are the ones subsidizing him and there is no justice in that.

Fiscal contribution

The second argument is a benefit to the state - a good financing program, and a loan that the student will pay less now and more later, he will receive studies that are cheaper in terms of flow, but with better quality. For example, universities in America operate with this method and they are flourishing - 18 of the top 20 universities in the world are American. And in Europe they are collapsing - there are only 2 European universities and both are British, with Britain being the country that charges the most expensive tuition fees.
