Diana - through education

Jan and I have found that there are two issues that can help in the fight against crime. My friend will talk about the media and I will talk about education.

It is clear to us that education is the most basic thing, perhaps after home and family. Schools impart values and this means that the rules of conduct need to be changed and educated in positive directions such as respecting others and behaving nicely to a friend. Also respect for the teacher and parent.

Later there should be a change in behavior patterns. It used to be a punishment and created a sense of boundaries. Today there are no punishments, therefore there are no limits. I'm not talking about beatings, but there are educational punishments that allow the child to understand what he can and can't do.
Later, there are children who fail and do not progress. So the teacher puts him aside and little by little he disappears and he can no longer be part of the system. That's why we need to have more conversations, encourage the children to talk and not read everything from a book.

Hello again to those who are still awake. I'll expand on what Diana said about fighting crime. If she talked about education as a tool, I will talk about the media as a tool.
As we know, the media is a central means of shaping public opinion - today it has a tremendous impact on our lives, when most of the year we consume media. Almost all the information we consume is through the media. My arguments are imparting values, highlighting social enterprises and highlighting types of crime for the purpose of deterrence.

Imparting values - if it is less entertaining or at least more balanced, it will have more influence on the younger generation in the stages of shaping their worldview. Put to the son how the kindergarten television disappeared, when when it was there it had a lot of influence.
In terms of social activity, there is a lot of activity that does not get exposure because it has no rating. If the media had published it, it would have made more of an impression and caused more activity.
And of course highlighting types of crime - if you cover the good and the not so good things.
