I want to talk to you about leadership - what it means to me, and about the lack of leadership in Israel.

What is leadership?

To me, to be a leader who is an example and a source of inspiration. I will give examples - for example as the child of the parents, in the classroom it is the teacher, and in the army it is the commander. And if my leader has a chastity problem he cannot be an inspiration. In my eyes, his leadership is disqualified. If he has purity of character, who transmits to me 'nice demands - nice fulfills', this is leadership for me.

Now we will talk about the lack of leadership in Israel

For a long time now, it has been seen in the public debate that no one like Begin or Ben Gurion has stood up. And so all the issues you discussed just now of crime and capital rule confirm that there is no leader who will tell them to stop, who will not bury his hand in the plate.
I read yesterday in Globes about how the leader of the State of Israel met with Channel 10 people on the eve of the signing of the agreement, and then claimed that they did not discuss the issue. So what were they talking about? About hummus? It is quite clear that the issue has come up and this indifference is outrageous. When you are at the head of the executive authority and you are at the top of the pyramid and represent something.
After all, we have seen examples of heads of state such as the Minister of Finance who is in charge of finances, and Lieberman is important in accepting bribes and money laundering, and there is Olmert who has already been removed because of this.
So this is all a problem, a serious problem, and it all starts with this. As soon as there is a leader who knows how to steer things and knows how to broadcast.

I will give an example - my aunt is a senior police officer, and some time ago there was a story of police officers who cooperated with criminals. When the senior officers see leaders at the top of the pyramid stealing they see them as a negative image.
