Step 1: Start with a small audience

Phase B: Lots of practice and strengthening
Throughout the course you can achieve as many reinforcements as you want (no obligation) and each time you can practice the tools you have learned, at a level that increases according to the stage in the course.

Last step: become a mentor
At the end of the course, we invite the graduates to a workshop (free of charge!) where they learn how teach public speaking And many of them continue as mentors because:
- They get lots of free practice
- More tips and tools to keep improving
- A quality community of true friends
And most importantly: the best way to learn is to teach.
And the best way to strengthen yourself is to push others forward!

How does a Tigba meeting go?
17:00 team time
The development of the tutors and the team of lecturers
Before training the students, we train the tutors who will teach the students:
Refreshers, advanced training, and meetings of our team of volunteer lecturers.
18:00 mentoring
1-on-1 instruction for each student at his level
Each Tigbar begins with personal mentoring for each student where he sits with a mentor who will teach him techniques and tools adapted to his level.
They will practice together and the tutor gives feedback for improvement until both are satisfied.
19:00 speeches
speak in front of the audience
The most supportive in the world
The students and tutors gather.
Each mentor tells about his dealings with fear of crowds and the path he took,
And each student will present the assignment he prepared and receive feedback on it (an additional tutor as a 'second opinion') and suggestions for improvement.
