Workshop for new mentors

I joined a new and interesting venture in the field of emotional therapy called The "Fath" program. The project is based on a 5-year study he conducted Prof. Eliezer Yariv (my father) with his students.

You have finished the course and you are already able to speak well in front of an audience and deal with the fear of an audience.

Now the time has come to advance to the next level and become mentors yourself, next Monday we will hold a mentors workshop and apart from joining the school family you will learn how to improve others in speaking in front of an audience and how to profit from it yourself.

In the workshop we will learn how to make the switch from apprentice to mentor, we will learn advanced techniques of education that are not taught in the regular courses. We will also learn how to get to know the student, understand what his current level of knowledge is, decide together with him what level he aspires to and set goals together, then teach him to examine the progress together.

After the workshop there is a practice and strengthening session where you can practice in a real way on students from the course who come to receive more enrichment from the mentors (that is you) in their dealing with the fear of crowds.
