the course of the meetings
Before every training meeting with Guy, there is always a preliminary conversation to define the purpose of the meeting, set goals and coordinate expectations. At this stage, the number of meetings is usually determined: a single meeting, a limited number, or an open process until results are achieved.
Each session includes learning techniques, experiencing and practicing those techniques, then internal and external feedback. The meetings usually involve transferring a large amount of material, so it is recommended to come with notebooks.
Types of training
Public speaking training
You learn tools to improve speaking ability and confidence in front of an audience, similar to the tools taught in courses, only one-on-one.
The advantage of this kind of training is saving time (each session takes an hour instead of three hours in the course) and focusing on the client's needs and content. The disadvantage is that the practice is less 'real' (since unlike the courses here there is no audience) and therefore the pressure and learning are also less effective.
Preparation for an important speech or presentation
When there is a particularly large or sensitive presentation there is room for personal preparation.
