Public speaking practice sessions

How do these meetings work?

Every Sunday at 18:00 in the evening the reinforcement participants come to a meeting at our campus in Ramat Gan. Each participant writes down topics that he wants to learn and strengthen - then we assign him a mentor who will sit with him on them. For example, a participant who wants to improve personal weaknesses (blackouts? Trembling in the voice? Difficulty focusing?) or needs help dealing with questions from the audience, preparing for an important discussion at work or a presentation at school.

In the next step, an instructor sits with him 1-on-1 or in a small group and explains the necessary content, and we also practice together to see that the explanation is understood and works 'in general'. After the participant has checked that he is able to perform the task with four eyes, the mentor and the student join the group, and practice the same content in front of a group that is still intimate and supportive, but a little larger than a pair of people.

In the last stage, after the practice, each participant receives professional feedback from his mentor and the school staff. The feedback includes personal tips, comments for improvement, and recommendations for continued practice and learning.

How much does such a meeting cost?

Each such meeting costs NIS 100 - the lesson, the practice, the feedback - 3 hours of intensive accompaniment and valuable tools for speaking in front of an audience.
